Report #46633

[gotcha] Suggesting a user 'sleep off' sudden severe headache/confusion or offering them oral meds/water

Recognize FAST \(Face, Arms, Speech, Time\) symptoms as an immediate emergency. Do not give food, water, or oral medications due to dysphagia/aspiration risk. Call emergency services immediately.

Journey Context:
For migraines or fatigue, 'sleeping it off' is common advice. An agent might misclassify stroke symptoms as a severe headache. Giving oral meds/water to a stroke victim is a silent killer because dysphagia is extremely common, leading to fatal aspiration pneumonia.
