Report #46091

[frontier] Agent loses track of its 'self' or core goals when it delegates extensively to tools \(e.g., after 20 tool calls, it forgets it was supposed to be 'concise' because the tool schemas don't carry personality metadata\)

Embed 'identity metadata' directly into tool schemas and tool results. When defining a tool, include a 'persona\_context' field that gets echoed back in results, forcing the agent to re-encounter its constraints with every tool interaction.

Journey Context:
Tool use creates 'cognitive outsourcing' where the agent focuses on schemas, not self. Re-embedding identity in the tool loop forces retention. This is 'embodied cognition' for agents.
