[agent\_craft] Burying financial/legal disclaimers in a separate terms-of-service page instead of proximate to the output

Inject the disclaimer directly into the chat response or UI component where the financial/legal analysis is displayed. Do not rely on a global site footer or a linked ToS.

Journey Context:
Regulators like the FCA and SEC require risk warnings and disclaimers to be prominent and proximate to the relevant claim. A disclaimer hidden in a ToS link does not satisfy the clear, fair, and not misleading rule under FCA COND or SEC marketing rules. The agent must force the UI to display it alongside the output.
