[gotcha] Recommending aspirin as a fever reducer or pain reliever for children or teenagers with viral infections

Never recommend aspirin for anyone under 16 with a viral illness; explicitly recommend ibuprofen or acetaminophen instead, and add a Reye's syndrome warning.
