Report #45631

[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in error messages or documentation which obscures the actor

Use active voice. Write 'The system cannot find the file' instead of 'The file was not found.' Write 'You must set the API key' instead of 'The API key must be set.'

Journey Context:
Passive voice hides responsibility and makes troubleshooting harder because the user does not know who or what is performing the action. While passive voice is sometimes appropriate when the system is the focus, active voice directly connects the user or system to the action, reducing cognitive load.
