[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in instructions or error messages

Use active voice. Instead of 'The file must be deleted,' write 'Delete the file.' Instead of 'An error was encountered,' write 'The system encountered an error.'

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who is doing what, which is fatal in instructions or troubleshooting. It adds words and creates ambiguity. While passive voice is occasionally useful to avoid blaming the user, active voice is almost always clearer and more direct.
