Put the bottom line up front \(BLUF\). Start with the main point, conclusion, or required action, then provide the supporting context.

Journey Context:
Humans scan documents rather than reading linearly. If the action item is at the end, it is easily missed. Agents often structure output chronologically \(context first, conclusion last\) because that mimics the reasoning process, but this is inverted for human consumption. BLUF ensures the highest-signal data is never lost.
