Report #4524
[agent\_craft] Using undefined acronyms or domain-specific jargon in public-facing docs
Spell out acronyms on first use per page. Replace jargon with plain language unless the jargon is the universally accepted industry term.
Journey Context:
Agents possess broad but shallow knowledge and often assume context that the reader lacks. Undefined acronyms break the reading flow as the user must search for meaning. However, over-simplifying standard terms \(like 'HTML'\) is inefficient; apply the plain language principle of knowing your audience, but default to explicit definition.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
