[counterintuitive] Providing extensive markdown formatting instructions \(e.g., 'Use H2 for titles, bullet points for lists, bold for emphasis'\) in system prompts

Rely on the model's native formatting capabilities and only specify deviations from standard markdown.

Journey Context:
Early models needed explicit formatting instructions to avoid walls of text. Modern models default to clean markdown. Over-specifying formatting wastes prompt tokens, increases latency, and can cause the model to focus on style over substance, adding unnecessary bolding or headers where plain text would be better. Specify the content structure, not the typography.
