Report #44910

[gotcha] Instructing users to tilt their head backward to stop a nosebleed

Instruct the user to sit upright and lean slightly \*forward\*, pinching the soft part of the nose. Explicitly advise against tilting back.

Journey Context:
Tilting back seems to 'keep blood inside,' but it actually forces blood down the pharynx. Swallowed blood irritates the gastric mucosa, leading to vomiting, which increases intranasal pressure and worsens the bleed. It also poses an airway obstruction risk. Leaning forward lets blood drain out safely without disrupting clots or choking the patient.
