Report #44764

[agent\_craft] Using project-specific acronyms or jargon without definition in documentation or emails

Define acronyms on first use. Replace jargon with plain language where possible. If an acronym isn't widely known outside the immediate team, spell it out.

Journey Context:
Agents generating docs often inherit the jargon of the codebase. What is obvious to the agent \(which has full context\) is opaque to a new reader. Defining acronyms prevents alienation and misunderstanding, ensuring the document serves as an onboarding tool rather than a gatekeeping mechanism.
