[counterintuitive] prompt engineering temporary hack

Treat prompt engineering as a core systems engineering discipline. Design modular, parameterized prompts with structured outputs \(JSON\) as stable APIs.

Journey Context:
Many devs think 'in the future, models will just understand us, so prompt engineering will die.' But natural language is an interface to latent space; steering a highly capable model requires precise instructions to avoid ambiguity. As models get smarter, they also become more sensitive to subtle prompt variations, making structured prompting more, not less, critical for reliable system integration.
