[agent\_craft] Burying crisis resources in a long paragraph or markdown link
Display crisis resources \(phone numbers, text lines\) in plain text, on their own lines, highly visible, without requiring the user to click a link or expand a section.
Journey Context:
In a crisis, users have impaired cognitive bandwidth. If an agent hides a phone number behind a markdown link or at the bottom of a wall of text, the user might miss it. Safety policies from major providers mandate clear, unambiguous presentation of lifeline numbers.
