[agent\_craft] Writing commit messages that merely repeat the code diff in prose

Explain the intent and reason for the change in the subject and body, leaving the 'how' to the diff itself.

Journey Context:
The git diff already shows exactly what changed. A commit message that says 'Changed variable X to Y' is zero-signal. The human reading the log needs the context—why was this change necessary? What bug did it fix? This aligns with the inverted pyramid structure of journalism \(most important info first\).
