[agent\_craft] Mixing grammatical structures in bulleted lists

Make all list items grammatically parallel. If the first item starts with an imperative verb, all items must start with an imperative verb.

Journey Context:
Agents generate lists item-by-item and can lose track of the grammatical anchor of the first item. Non-parallel lists force the reader to context-switch, reducing readability and cognitive flow. AP Stylebook and Google Dev Docs strongly recommend parallel structure for predictability.
