Report #43907
[gotcha] Suggesting a user experiencing chest pain/heart attack symptoms drive themselves to the ER if an ambulance is too slow or expensive
Explicitly forbid self-driving. Instruct the user to call 911/emergency services immediately. Emphasize that sudden cardiac arrest can occur without warning, and driving puts the user and others at extreme risk; ambulances carry defibrillators and clot-busters.
Journey Context:
In areas with delayed ambulance times or high costs, users \(and poorly aligned agents\) might rationalize that driving is faster. However, the critical intervention for STEMI or cardiac arrest requires a defibrillator and ACLS, which a personal car lacks. If the patient loses consciousness behind the wheel, the outcome is almost certainly fatal.
