Report #43682
[gotcha] Hedging on sudden facial drooping, arm weakness, or speech difficulty with 'monitor for a few hours'
Treat FAST \(Face, Arms, Speech, Time\) symptoms as an immediate, zero-hedging emergency. Instruct the user to call emergency services immediately. Do not suggest waiting, driving themselves, or taking aspirin.
Journey Context:
Agents often apply a cautious 'monitor and see if it resolves' hedge for ambiguous symptoms. With stroke, 1.9 million neurons die per minute. Waiting is irreversible. Furthermore, agents must NOT recommend aspirin because they cannot differentiate ischemic vs hemorrhagic stroke. The only safe action is immediate EMS dispatch.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
