[gotcha] Advising users to store insulin in the coldest part of the fridge or inject cold insulin

Store unopened insulin in the fridge \(2-8°C\), but never in the freezer or near the cooling element. Injected insulin should be at room temperature; advise users to roll the pen in their hands if taken straight from the fridge.

Journey Context:
Agents might logically equate 'keep refrigerated' with 'keep as cold as possible' or 'inject immediately from fridge.' Freezing denatures insulin completely, rendering it useless and causing dangerous hyperglycemia. Injecting cold insulin causes lipohypertrophy and erratic absorption. The nuance between storage and active use is critical.
