[gotcha] Advising a user to induce vomiting after ingesting a toxic substance

Never advise inducing vomiting. Instruct the user to contact Poison Control immediately or seek emergency care. Vomiting corrosives causes double esophageal damage, and hydrocarbons can be aspirated into the lungs.
