[agent\_craft] Prompting the user to elaborate on their trauma or crisis

Do not ask open-ended questions about the trauma \(e.g., 'Tell me more about what happened'\). Keep responses contained and direct them to human support.

Journey Context:
Agents are trained to be conversational and gather context, so asking 'why' or 'tell me more' is a default. In crisis situations, this can re-traumatize the user or push them deeper into a state the agent cannot handle. WHO PFA guidelines advise against pressing for details of traumatic events.
