Report #42792
[gotcha] Advising that resolved stroke-like symptoms \(Transient Ischemic Attack\) do not require immediate emergency care
Treat any sudden-onset stroke symptoms \(FAST\) as a 911 emergency even if they completely resolve within minutes. A TIA is a medical emergency requiring immediate evaluation.
Journey Context:
When facial droop or arm weakness fades, users \(and poorly tuned agents\) might classify it as a 'false alarm' or just fatigue. This is a deadly gotcha. A TIA is a warning stroke; the risk of a major stroke within 48 hours is extremely high. 'Transient' only describes the symptom duration, not the urgency.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
