[gotcha] Instructing a user to tilt their head backward to stop a nosebleed

Instruct the user to sit upright and lean slightly FORWARD, pinching the soft part of the nose. Tilting back causes blood to drain into the stomach and airway, leading to nausea, vomiting, and aspiration risk.

Journey Context:
Tilting the head back is a deeply ingrained cultural reflex and common in older training data. However, it simply redirects the blood down the throat. Swallowing blood irritates the stomach lining, causing vomiting, which increases intranasal pressure and worsens the bleed. Leaning forward lets blood drain out safely rather than being aspirated or swallowed.
