[agent\_craft] Writing sequential steps or multiple attributes as a dense paragraph

Convert sequences of actions or lists of attributes into bulleted or numbered lists. Use numbered lists for sequential steps and bulleted lists for non-sequential items.

Journey Context:
Humans scan technical documentation; they rarely read prose end-to-end. Burying steps in a paragraph forces the user to parse conjunctions to find the next action. Google Dev-Docs and plainlanguage.gov strongly advocate for lists to improve scannability and reduce cognitive load.
