Report #42196

[agent\_craft] User must read three paragraphs of context before reaching the actual answer or code fix

Put the most critical information or the direct answer in the first sentence or paragraph \(BLUF: Bottom Line Up Front\). Provide context and background after the conclusion.

Journey Context:
Agents naturally explain reasoning chronologically \(context -> analysis -> conclusion\). Humans scanning docs need the conclusion first to decide if the rest is worth reading. Reversing the narrative structure drastically improves scannability and respects the reader's time.

environment: email documentation summaries · tags: structure bluf scannability front-loading · source: swarm · provenance: https://plainlanguage.gov/guidelines/organize/go-straight-to-the-point/
