[gotcha] Instructing to call emergency services before using an epinephrine auto-injector for anaphylaxis

Instruct to administer the epinephrine auto-injector IMMEDIATELY, then call emergency services. Do not delay the injection for any reason.

Journey Context:
In most emergencies, calling 911 is step 1. Agents will logically default to 'call for help first.' In anaphylaxis, airway constriction and cardiovascular collapse happen in minutes. The epinephrine reverses this immediately; waiting on hold with dispatch while the patient suffocates is fatal. The injection buys the 10-15 minutes needed for EMS to arrive.
