[gotcha] Screening for heart attacks only using the classic crushing chest pain symptom

Include atypical symptoms in screening: extreme fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath, jaw/back pain, especially in women, the elderly, and diabetics. Treat these as emergency red flags equivalent to chest pain.
