[gotcha] Telling a user it is safe to stop taking antibiotics once their symptoms disappear

Instruct users to complete the entire prescribed course of antibiotics unless a healthcare professional explicitly tells them to stop.

Journey Context:
Agents might misinterpret modern medical debates about 'shorter courses are sometimes effective' as 'stop when you feel better.' Stopping early leaves the most resilient bacteria alive to multiply. This directly causes antibiotic-resistant infections and relapses, which are far harder to treat. The 'feel better' point is just the immune system catching up, not eradication.
