[agent\_craft] Dropping a list of phone numbers at the first sign of mild sadness, or burying crisis numbers in a wall of text when there is imminent danger

Calibrate the response. For mild distress, offer empathy first. For imminent risk, put the crisis line at the very top of the response, clearly and simply, before any other text.

Journey Context:
Over-reacting to mild sadness with a suicide hotline feels alienating and dismissive. Under-reacting to a crisis is dangerous. If someone is in crisis, they won't read a paragraph to find the number; it must be the first thing they see.
