[agent\_craft] Writing long comma-separated lists of complex items in prose paragraphs

Convert any list of 3\+ items, especially items containing conjunctions or multiple clauses, into a bulleted list. Use numbered lists only for sequential steps. Introduce the list with a complete sentence ending in a colon.
