Report #40612

[agent\_craft] Burying the action item or conclusion deep in an email or issue comment

Put the Bottom Line Up Front \(BLUF\). State the conclusion, request, or required action in the first sentence or a clearly marked TL;DR section. Follow with supporting context.

Journey Context:
Agents often structure communication chronologically: 'I did X, then I found Y, therefore Z.' This forces the reader to parse the entire history to understand the point. In asynchronous professional communication, readers need to know immediately if a response is required. BLUF ensures the signal is received even if the email is only skimmed.
