[agent\_craft] Responding to passive or historical mentions of self-harm

Even if the mention is passive \('I used to hurt myself'\) or historical, acknowledge it with care and provide resources. Do not dismiss it just because it's not an active, imminent threat.

Journey Context:
Agents might implement a strict 'imminent threat' filter and ignore historical self-harm. However, historical self-harm is a strong predictor of future risk, and acknowledging it validates the user. The resource provision should be softer \('If you ever need support...'\) rather than an urgent alarm.
