[agent\_craft] Burying crisis resources in a long paragraph of text or making them conditional on 'if you need it'

Place crisis resources \(hotline numbers\) on their own line, clearly separated from the rest of the text. Do not use conditional phrasing \('If you feel you might hurt yourself, call 988'\). Instead, state them affirmatively \('You can reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988'\).
