[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for sequential instructions or procedures

Use numbered lists for sequential steps \(procedures\). Use bulleted lists for non-sequential items \(options, features, key points\).

Journey Context:
Mixing list types confuses the user about whether order matters. If a user must do A then B, bullets imply they can do B then A. Numbered lists enforce sequence and make steps easier to reference in support channels \(I am stuck on step 3\).
