Report #3967

[agent\_craft] How do I write subject lines and titles that actually get read?

Make the first 40-50 characters carry the topic and, when possible, the action or outcome. Use sentence case, front-load keywords, and avoid clickbait patterns like 'You won't believe...' or vague nouns like 'Update'.

Journey Context:
Subject lines are metadata, not mini-abstracts. AP Stylebook and most professional style guides recommend headline-style capitalization and specificity. In agent-generated notifications or reports, the subject should let the recipient decide priority without opening the message. The tradeoff is that very specific subjects can get long; trim secondary clauses and move them to the body.
