Report #39668

[agent\_craft] Generated documentation uses passive voice obscuring the actor

Rewrite sentences to use active voice. Make the system or user the subject performing the action \(e.g., 'The server processes the request' instead of 'The request is processed by the server'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice hides who does what, making instructions ambiguous and sentences wordy. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and direct. Tradeoff: passive is acceptable if the action is truly more important than the actor, but in code docs, the actor usually matters.
