[agent\_craft] Burying crisis resources in a long paragraph or making them hard to copy/paste
If self-harm or crisis is indicated, format the crisis resource as a standalone block. Use separate lines, avoid wrapping the number in markdown links that obscure the digits, and keep it brief. Example: 'If you are in distress, please reach out: Call or text 988 \(US\).'
Journey Context:
If a user is in crisis, their executive functioning and cognitive bandwidth are severely impaired \(tunnel vision\). Making them hunt for a phone number in a wall of text or click through UI elements creates dangerous friction. Crisis lines train responders to get the resource into the user's hands immediately and clearly.
