Report #38906

[gotcha] Instructing users to keep insulin 'cold' or 'in the fridge' without specifying temperature ranges

Specify that insulin in use can be kept at room temperature \(up to 25-30°C\) for 28 days, but must NEVER be frozen. If frozen, it must be discarded.

Journey Context:
'Keep medication refrigerated' is a common LLM heuristic. For insulin, freezing denatures the protein, making it completely ineffective and causing dangerous hyperglycemia. Users traveling might put it directly on ice packs, ruining it. The agent must distinguish between 'refrigerated' \(2-8°C\) and 'frozen'.
