[gotcha] Recommending aspirin for fever reduction in children or teenagers

Explicitly contraindicate aspirin for anyone under 16 with viral symptoms; recommend acetaminophen or ibuprofen \(if age-appropriate\) instead.

Aspirin is a standard pain/fever reliever for adults. An agent might not age-gate this recommendation. Giving aspirin for chickenpox or flu in children causes Reye's syndrome, a rapidly progressive and often fatal brain/liver swelling. The trap is failing to age-restrict a universally common OTC drug.
