Report #38698

[agent\_craft] Writing error messages that blame the user or lack actionable fixes

State the problem factually and suggest a concrete fix. Instead of 'You failed to provide the token,' write 'Invalid token. Provide a valid API key in the Authorization header.'

Journey Context:
Agents generating literal error descriptions often produce hostile or unhelpful text \('User error', 'Failed to parse'\). Blaming the user causes frustration. Good UX writing is objective, polite, and solution-oriented. The error message should tell the user what went wrong and how to fix it, not just that they did something wrong.
