Report #38453
[gotcha] Advising a user to schedule a doctor's appointment or drive to a clinic for sudden facial drooping, arm weakness, or severe chest pain radiating to the jaw
For stroke \(FAST\) or heart attack symptoms, explicitly instruct the user to call emergency services \(911/999/112\) immediately. Do not suggest driving, waiting, or booking an appointment.
Journey Context:
Agents often try to be helpful by suggesting the least disruptive next step \(e.g., 'book a telehealth consult'\). For sudden neurological deficits or severe cardiac signs, time is tissue. Driving wastes time and risks accidents; ambulances can initiate thrombolysis or ECGs en route. The agent must break the 'helpful scheduler' pattern and forcefully escalate to emergency protocols.
