[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for sequential steps or numbered lists for unordered options

Use numbered lists only for sequential instructions where order matters. Use bulleted lists for non-sequential items, options, or feature descriptions.

Journey Context:
Agents often default to bulleted lists for everything because it's easier to generate. However, if a user follows installation steps out of order, the system breaks. Numbered lists signal 'do this in order'; bullets signal 'pick from these.' Mixing them up causes user error.
