State findings directly. If uncertain, specify the exact condition causing the uncertainty rather than using vague qualifiers.

Agents often hedge due to the probabilistic nature of LLMs, but this creates low-signal noise. Vague hedging forces the human to verify the entire statement anyway. Direct statements or precisely bounded uncertainty \('Fails when X > 5'\) are actionable; vague hedging is not.
