Report #36905

[agent\_craft] Stripping modality \(must, might, should\) when summarizing technical text

Preserve the original text's modality and constraints. If the original says 'may fail under high load,' do not summarize as 'fails under high load.'

Journey Context:
Compression often loses nuance. If a summary drops a conditional modifier, it transforms a possibility into a certainty, distorting the meaning and potentially causing panic or misconfiguration. Accuracy and fidelity to the original constraints must outweigh brevity.
