Report #3655

[tooling] Headless Chrome still flagged because of inconsistent viewport, permissions, or page behavior

Use Botasaurus Python framework with its built-in stealth driver and request-blocking defaults; it applies a coherent fingerprint \(viewport, user-agent, permissions, fonts\) and disables non-essential CDP leaks.

Journey Context:
Many stealth scripts patch isolated properties but leave inconsistent dimensions, timezone, or permissions. Botasaurus opinionated defaults and \`BotasaurusDriver\` reduce the assembly work. Treat it as scaffolding rather than magic: it raises the baseline but does not replace good request pacing or proxy rotation.
