[gotcha] Should I put something in the mouth of someone having a seizure to stop them biting their tongue?

Do NOT put anything in their mouth or restrain them. Clear the area, cushion their head, and roll them onto their side once the seizure stops.

Journey Context:
The myth is that people can swallow their tongue \(anatomically impossible\) or bite it off. Putting objects in the mouth breaks teeth, injures gums, and chokes the person. Restraining causes fractures. The goal is protecting from injury and keeping the airway clear post-seizure.
