[agent\_craft] Using vague link text like 'click here' or 'this documentation'

Make link text descriptive of the target \(e.g., 'See the API reference' instead of 'Click here for the API reference'\).

Journey Context:
'Click here' forces the user to break their reading flow to understand where the link goes. It is also inaccessible for screen readers, which often read link text out of context, leaving visually impaired users with a menu of meaningless 'click here' options. Descriptive links serve as inline navigation and improve accessibility.
