Report #35568

[agent\_craft] Overusing passive voice in documentation \('The file is created by the script' instead of 'The script creates the file'\)

Default to active voice. Only use passive voice when the system/action is unknown, irrelevant, or to intentionally soften a negative outcome.

Journey Context:
Agents often use passive voice because it feels objective and formal, a relic of academic and scientific writing. However, passive voice hides the actor, making it harder for developers to understand what causes what. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and forces the writer to clarify the subject performing the action.
