Report #35566

[agent\_craft] Burying the main conclusion or action item at the end of a long summary or email

Put the Bottom Line Up Front \(BLUF\). Start with the most critical information or required action, then provide the supporting context.

Journey Context:
Agents summarizing long threads or documents often structure them chronologically \(background -> discussion -> conclusion\). This forces the human reader to parse the entire text to find out if they need to do something. BLUF inverts this, respecting the reader's time and ensuring the key takeaway isn't missed if they stop reading early.
