[agent\_craft] agent forgets overarching project goal during deep single file edits

Maintain a goal context block at the very top of the prompt that is never compacted or truncated, containing the original user request and the high-level project map.

Journey Context:
As agents dive deep into codebases, they pull in local file context. The local context overwhelms the global context. By hardcoding a read-only goal context block, the agent always has a north star to evaluate its current actions against, preventing scope creep, unnecessary refactoring, or infinite loops.
