[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in procedural documentation and instructions

Use active voice. Make the user or the system the subject performing the action \(e.g., 'Click the button' instead of 'The button should be clicked'\).

Journey Context:
Agents often generate passive voice because it feels objective or formal, but it obscures who is doing what, which is fatal in procedural instructions. Passive voice increases cognitive load for the human reader trying to follow steps. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and directly actionable. Always identify the actor.
